Our Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your ticket any time by contacting us via e-mail using the contact form on this site. Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the table below. If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact us as soon as possible in order to keep the cancellation fee to a minimum.
If you cancel one leg of a return ticket trip you will receive a refund of 3,000 JPY. This applies to both Narita and Haneda return ticket fares.

Please be aware that it can take over 1hr to clear customs upon arrival at Narita Airport. Please allow for this time when deciding to book with Myoko Shuttle. Please use our help line number upon arrival if you think you are going to be late. The decision on whether to wait for delayed flights will be made by MKK with regards to other passengers needs and the information at hand. If no flight details are provided at the time of booking the bus will depart on time and not wait.
No refunds will be issued for missing the bus due to flight delays.
The arrival/departure times given for the buses may vary due to weather and road conditions.Times are also subject to change depending on shuttles available and other bookings for the day.
Please note that we are unable to take responsibilty for any loss/damage financial costs caused by above delays that are beyond our control.
MKK also reserves the right to cancel the shuttle in the case of unforeseen problems with the bus/service. In this case we will try to give you as much notice as possible and refund your full fare.
During the winter season, roadways and expressways may sometimes close. In this event MKK reserves the right to cancel the service. In the event of full cancelation of service by MKK, your fare will be refunded in full.
If we are only able to provide a partial service due to unforseen circumstances that arise during travel them MKK will issue a refund of upto 75% which will decided at a later date after taking in factors such as distance traveled etc.
No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the bus. Any passenger who is intoxicated will be denied service and no refund will be issued.
Please make sure to fasten your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
All shuttle buses are fitted with wi-fi for your convenience. Please be aware that there is a very small possibility that the wi-fi might go down for unforeseen reasons due to the nature of technology. While we do our best to make sure our service is always as good as possible we cannot guarantee full service for 100% of the journey.

MKK Tours considers the handling of personal data information (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) and all other information to be a serious responsibility. Personal information provided to us by a customer is used only to establish and provide good customer service (e.g., to respond to customer inquiries and to assist in our travel services) and for no other purpose.
Personal information collected through this website will not be shown or sold to third parties. However, this does not apply under one or more of the following conditions:
- When the customer consents to the release of his or her own personal information.
- When the release of personal information is required by law or a government agency. In such cases, MKK Tours will comply with the relevant laws and regulations governing the protection of personal information.
