Please be aware that it can take over 1hr to clear customs upon arrival at Narita Airport. Please allow for this time when deciding to book with Myoko Shuttle. The decision on whether to wait for delayed flights will be made by MKK with regards to other passengers needs and the information at hand. If no flight details are provided at the time of booking the bus will depart on time and not wait.

No refunds will be issued for missing the bus due to flight delays.

The arrival/departure times given for the buses may vary due to weather and road conditions. Times are also subject to change depending on shuttles available and other bookings for the day.

Please note that we are unable to take responsibilty for any loss/damage financial costs caused by above delays that are beyond our control.

MKK also reserves the right to cancel the shuttle in the case of unforeseen problems with the bus/service. In this case we will try to give you as much notice as possible and refund your full fare.

During the winter season, roadways and expressways may sometimes close. In this event MKK reserves the right to cancel the service. In the event of full cancelation of service by MKK your fare will be refunded in full.

If we are only able to provide a partial service due to unforseen circumstances that arise during travel then MKK will issue a refund of upto 75% which will decided at a later date after taking in factors such as distance traveled etc.

No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the bus. Any passenger who is intoxicated will be denied service and no refund will be issued.

Please make sure to fasten your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
